Wonderfully attentive service, excellent value. Went in without expectation, “just looking,” but left very happily with a queen sized mattress after months of browsing options. Immediately impressed by the visual quality of the mattresses and bed frames on display. The sales associate (who turned out to be the owner) was polite and allowed us to browse, then was excellent in helping me select the right “feel” of mattress once I’d decided to actually
test them out. I like a more firm mattress, having back problems and hypermobility. My partner loves a soft pillowy foam mattress anything super soft. We were guided to a pocket coil mattress with a soft feeling top, but an 8/10 for firmness to meet both our needs. He even mentioned the option to make one mattress with two different firmnesses. Delivery within 4-7 days to Niagara Falls, thankfully. After buying mattresses from big box stores, ikea, wayfair, amazon, local distributors, depots etc, this was an unexpectedly high quality experience. I made a purchase without expecting to do anything more than take a look! Thank you for the great customer service and quality options. Looking forward to sleeping better :)
